A Summary Execution-Kings Of Rock Cliche

After some searching I found the full length that Minnesota's A Summary Execution put out. I seriously can't believe I've never heard of these guys before this last week, this full length is incredible! It's sad this band definitely didn't get the recognition they deserved they wrote some very quality stuff, and I'm not just saying that because I'm a sucker for this stuff but because it's actually musically really good/creative.
There's a lot of melody on this but it's not just typical cheesy metalcore riffs(even though I love cheesy metalcore riffs), the leads are super uplifting and it just brings different dynamics to each song. The drummer is really good and his fills are very impressive. I love the vocalist's raspy vocals and his lows are awesome in my opinion. This record is just super catchy, I'm loving it.

Check it out if you are a fan of: As Hope Dies, Dead To Fall, Nehemiah, and any other bands I post about on this blog basically.
Only negative thing is that I couldn't find a reliable source for track listing or any kind of art but I tried my best on the track listing, please let me know if it needs any changes! I also have their demo I'll post that later!

  1. Here is what appears to be a proper tracklisting: http://www.cylist.com/List/406383107/

  3. If you're a fan of the full-length, here is our sold-out set at the Triple Rock in 2004, which was supposed to be our "last show ever." We got back together in 2006 for a few months and toured a bit. The audio isn't the best, since whomever taped it was in the front row. There are a few more videos of this show if you search youtube. Enjoy, and I apologize for all the stage banter. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21c5k2RKjf0
